Chris,
I have just completed my first year of all raw canon shooting. Breezebrowser
has been the best tool in that workflow. Your on the fly raw conversion
rendering and rotation scheme appears to be what I would like to see in
another component.
Still searching for a component that I can use in a web page to generate
thumbnails on the fly directly from Canon raw files.
A thumbnail converter from KAorg.com that generates cached jpeg thumbnails
at specific resolutions and pixel sizes is what I have been using. If the
cached file exists then it serves the cached version, otherwise it generates
a new thumbnail. The cache file name contains the horizontal, vertical
resolution, dpi and the image file name.
If there is a product that you offer, or a component of a product that would
perform thumbnail generation directly from Canon Raw files.
The end product is to populate my photo gallery with fullsize Canon Raw
files that are displayed as low resolution and protected from download with
a clear gif.
Let me know if you know of a component that will meet my needs.
